La Professoressa Associata Maria Palazzo è docente presso l'Universitas Mercatorum. Ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca (PhD) in Marketing e Comunicazione e vanta titoli accademici come AFHEA (Associate Fellow in Higher Education) e FHEA (Fellow in Higher Education). In precedenza, è stata Ricercatrice presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e della Comunicazione presso l'Università degli Studi di Salerno e docente presso la Business School dell'Università di Bedfordshire (UK).
